FOREX INVESTMENT PACKAGES
In offering foreign exchange (Forex) investment services, Co-Path Investment LLC relies on proprietary mathematical models with the goal of achieving stable and consistent potential returns for its clients. The company presents three distinct investment packages, each with a defined monthly profit potential ranging from 2% to 5%, tailored to align with different levels of risk tolerance.

Conservative Package:
Offers a monthly profit potential of between two and three percent (2-3%). The minimum investment amount to qualify for this package ranges from USD 1,000 to USD 4,999.

Moderate Package:
Offers a potential monthly return of between three and four percent (3-4%). The minimum investment amount to qualify for this package is between USD 5,000 and USD 9,999.

Aggressive Package
Offers a potential monthly return of four percent (4%) or higher. The minimum investment amount to qualify for this package is USD 10,000 and above.

Co-Path Investment, LLC is also willing to create customized packages tailored to clients’ specific investment profiles and objectives.

INVESTMENT AMOUNT AND PACKAGE SELECTION:
The Client will specify the amount of investment and the service package selected (Conservative, Moderate or Aggressive) when entering into this Agreement. The amount of the investment will determine the potential profit, which will range from 2% to 5% per month, depending on the service package selected and the level of risk associated with the investment.

– Conservative Package: Minimum investment amount between USD 1,000 and USD 4,999.

– Moderate package: Minimum investment amount between USD 5,000 and USD 9,999.

– Aggressive Package: Minimum investment amount of USD 10,000 and above.

The Client acknowledges and accepts the package selected and the associated investment amount.

INVESTMENT RISKS:
Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that investments in the financial and currency markets inherently involve significant risk of loss of principal. Co-Path Investment, LLC utilizes sophisticated and proprietary mathematical models for the purpose of optimizing returns and effectively managing risk exposure. Despite efforts to achieve stability and consistency in the generation of returns, the Client acknowledges that historical performance does not serve as a reliable indicator of future results and does not constitute any guarantee of investment performance.

Further, the Client acknowledges the presence of systemic risks inherent in the financial markets, which by their very nature are unpredictable and capable of adversely affecting market conditions and the performance of the investment models utilized by Co-Path Investment, LLC. With these risks in mind, Co-Path Investment, LLC is committed to implementing prudent measures designed to mitigate losses and safeguard the Client’s investment capital against unforeseen market dynamics.

In the event of an extraordinary circumstance in which systemic risk causes significant underperformance of our mathematical models, such that the principal amount of the Client’s investment is jeopardized, up to a maximum of $250,000, in accordance with the maximum amount protected against potential loss per individual by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), Co-Path Investment, LLC will assume responsibility for reimbursing the Client for the full amount of the Client’s initial investment. It is expressly understood that this guarantee is extended to provide fundamental protection of the Client’s principal and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This guarantee does not extend to anticipated profits or unrealized gains; its scope is strictly limited to the repayment of the initial principal amount invested by the Client up to the aforementioned amount. The terms and conditions governing the execution of this guarantee are detailed in Appendix A, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

The Client is advised to carefully consider its investment objectives, risk tolerance and financial situation before investing and, if necessary, to seek independent financial advice. By proceeding with this investment, the Client expressly acknowledges its understanding and acceptance of the inherent risks associated with foreign exchange trading and affirms its decision to participate in such investments on the terms provided herein.

Co-Path Investment LLC hereby agrees to distribute any and all net profits accruing from Client’s investment directly to Client’s designated banking institution by electronic funds transfer (EFT). To accommodate the varying preferences of our clients, Co-Path Investment LLC offers the flexibility to distribute profits on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis, at the Client’s option.

DISTRIBUTION FREQUENCY
Client shall specify its preferred frequency of benefit distribution upon execution of this Agreement or at any time thereafter during the term of this Agreement, provided that such change is communicated in writing to Co-Path Investment, LLC at least thirty (30) days prior to the next scheduled distribution date. The options for the frequency of benefit distribution are as follows:

Monthly:
Benefits distributed at the end of each month.

Semiannual:
Semiannual distribution of profits.

Annual:
Profits distributed at the end of the year.

LOCK-IN PERIOD:

Conservative Package:
The Client agrees that by investing in the Conservative Package, funds will be locked-in for a period of six (6) months from the date of investment. During this lock-in period, the Client may not withdraw funds or terminate the investment agreement.

Moderate Package and Aggressive Package:
The Client agrees that by investing in the Moderate and Aggressive packages, funds will be locked-in for one (1) year from the date of investment. During this lock-up period, the Client may not withdraw funds or terminate the investment agreement. If the Client requests the return of funds within the first month of investment, Co-Path Investment, LLC reserves the right to penalize the Client with a fee equal to 10% of the initial investment amount at the time of the return of the investment.

EARLY WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES:
If the Client requests the return of funds before the end of the lock-in period for the moderate and aggressive packages:

– Within 2 to 6 months: the penalty will be equal to 8% of the Client’s total investment at that time.

– Within 7 to 12 months: The penalty will be equal to 6% of the client’s total investment at that time.
